Here's my situation. I need to leave my home in September. I am leaving an abusive marriage so I don't want to use my husbands income to get a loan. I would like to get pre approval for a loan to purchase a multi family home. I will live in the home and the rents from the other apts will cover the loan. I am in a serious catch 22. I want to move to the state I am from, but I can't get a job until I live there. I can't move until I have a job. So, This seems like a good way to move foward, and even have a bit of income.
