I am a broker from CT who has a client seriously looking at other Bahamas development opportunities as I type this. I am wondering about the Exuma 140 acre piece. Do you have access to recent comps. - specifically recent sales of upscale homes and cost to build per square foot, and anything else that would educate us on the market. We need to know that the projects will make $ and how much $! In addition, what is the co-broke fee for the selling broker?
We re only interested in waterfront pieces that are large and that you have exclusivity on.
