We're working with a company that has billions of dollars in assets and is actively buying major hotels in all of the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. They will consider all properties, flagged or not. They have an absolute minimum size of 200 rooms per property, and no maximum. They will also buy portfolios of hotels, provided that each individual property has at least the minimum 200 rooms. They do not have need of financing, which allows them to close very quickly. If you have access to any properties that match these parameters, we would very much like to work with you on them.
