As a real estate broker in Oregon....I have one question for you,
Maria?
If I were a seller of real estate, why would I work
with you?
What are you offering me?
You say you've been in the "business" for a
few months..........been in what? business for a few months?
If not.......here's some great advice.
Find the busiest agent in your market area........the
"busiest" because he/she is the most ethical........AND offers the
most services to his/her clients.
Ask him/her to take you under their wing.....and find
out what it is that you can offer their clients.....buyer or seller.
If it's nothing......get the hell out of this
business.
It you have something concrete to offer
their clients.....tell the agent what it is..........and they will know how to
"plug" you into the system to make everybody happy.
But if what you are really offering is "nothing"...........then
go away, and stop trashing our way of life........the agents in this crazy
business that CARE are trying to offer the "sellers" some sort of
program to justify the crazy commissions we charge. If you are offering
"nothing".......then charge the sellers "nothing".
A Broker who is gettting ICREASINGLY pissed with
part-time "realtors" who offer............shit.
