Hi,..I have some clients that would like to take advantage of a 1031 exchange and reinvest in a reit,.They range from 200k to 4 million in monies needed to reinvest,. I understand Reits pay commissions to Brokers and that makes it an attractive prospect for me..What I need to know is, does anyone here have direct experience with this they would share?
