Hotel Project in AZ who also can put money down immediately!

Early Planning Stage.
Consider selling the Development Idea for partial
Ownership on the operating Property
and a reasonable Fee at Contract Signing to a
Cooperator for gaining the Rights of the Development Idea. The Project is
copyrighted!
Timeframe is
ASAP, would like to sell the Development/Building Rights and start this Project
this year, want a Developer that can put around 500K
down for the Building Rights immidiately at Contract Signing, not next year or
maybe someday, immidiately this or next month this Year before
Christmas to start beginning the planning, building,and other
development stages etc, ASAP with partial Involvement in the Planning
and Building Stage etc from my side.The Winter in Arizona can be used to acquire
the Building Land and to make the final Building Plans to start Building the
Hotel beginning next year spring.The Project brings Arizona, Workplaces,
Worlwide Prestige and makes Arizona to a new Tourism Magnet with Visitors from
around the World. The Project brings the State of Arizona, Taxes, Taxes, and
more Taxes, besides a Boom in the Tourism Industry, so the State will support
and be part of the Hotel Project without a Questions. The Developer gains the
main Ownership of at least 75% on the existing operating Hotel and has to
take care of Financing,Planning & Building Stages, Management, Franchising
etc. if wanted!
The Nick-Name of the Hotel shall be "The
President's Hotel".
Want here no think-about's and take-a-look's! Want
persons that make things happen not see things happen! Want here Bullls not sheeps in the Hotel Industry, but
straight up looking forward, risk-takers for where is no risk, with abilty to
spend and not lend!!!

available. The Location offers paved roads for Building Stages and Electric,
Water etc., Zoning seems to be Residential, may be convertible to
Hospitality/Commercial Zoning becuase the state will like it.
Existing Houses to be removed and residents to be
relocated and provided new Land and Houses for Living. Lower class Houses easily
to be provided on cheap similar residential Land.
The Location is fitting 100% for the Hotel Property
Buildings and Golf Course and has the available Infrastructure
to start the Project immediately.
The Project requires this Location for the special
