I may consider doing that.
I typically make it a bit more personal, putting in their name and the property location (city at least), but may try a few the way you suggested and see.

I'm not sure if you've tried this before, but one thing you might consider handwriting one letter and scanning it, then inserting stationery-looking paper and printing it as many hundred or thousand times as you need in BLUE to give it that personalized look.
This simple trick has saved our group MANY "man-hours" that were once spent hand-writing these letters. You are right, they pull responses much better.
