FL builder needs $30k to 60k. Paying 15% for 6mo. Secured by land. I need investors to front money to buy land at about $60k per building lot. Can work with as little as $30k. I will be building new homes on the lots immediately after closing and expect 6 months to build and market. Construction funding is available from many sources and is not an issue.
Your loan will be secured with the land and a promissory note. You will accrue interest factored monthly at 15% and paid in full plus, principal at home sale closing, by the closing agent (title company).
