[RealEstate] would this law firm website be a good source of short sale leads?

Hello Everyone,
 
I found a law firm website that lists foreclosure cases that they are working on.  I believe this law firm is the trustee that filed the Notice of Default for the lender.  I have cut and pasted an excerpt from this website below.  This website always contains 50 - 60 pages with 10 cases on each page.  So there are 500 to 600 cases on this website at all times. 
 
In your opinion, would this be a good source of short sale leads?  If so, would you send postcards/letters to these people?   What do you think?  Thanks for your reply in advance.
