Looking for Private Money

Hi,

We just wanted to see if we could tap our network for some help. We are looking from some private money investors to help finance some properties we would like to buy in the Washington DC area. These are going to be rent and hold type properties with at least 3 bedrooms valued under $100K. The private money lender will hold the first mortgage position of course and we are willing to pay 8% for 5 years with a principal balloon payment at the end of the term.

If you know of anyone who may be interested can you please forward us their contact information? Of course, if you are interested in working with us, please feel free to email or call us with questions.
