I previously posted a summary of a proposed $5,206,500 subordinated ground lease opportunity in Dana Point, California.  We have entered into a contract with the developer, and the developer has paid the seller an additional $100,000 in non-refundable earnest money.  In return, the developer received a 2 week extension (until Friday, February 17) to close on the purchase of the development site, with a $50,000 increase in purchase price.
