We are located in the Antelope Valley area in California just east of Los Angeles. ( Palmdale , Lancaster ). We are launching an affordable housing ( $279,000 - $399,000 ) program that is offering 3 BR & 4 BR manufactured homes on 1 to 3 acres of land. ( Median home price in CA is $525,000) We have prequalified / pre-approved buyers who will purchase the properties once they are completed. The homes will be permanenetly attached to their foundations and will qualify for traditional financing. We are looking for a lender / partner to provide financing for the purchase of the land, the improvements and the purchase of the manufactured home from the manufacturer. The lender / partner will receive a security interest in the land and the manufactured home until the property is sold. The financing partner will be paid out first , with interest , from the sale of the property to the pre-approved, contractually obligated purchaser. We are looking to establish a long term financing relationship with a lender / partner who can provide a credit line of up to $2,000,000 fully secured by the land and manufactured homes. This project is being undertaken by an established , reputable, licensed manufactured home dealer in the Antelope Valley area who needs access to the financing / capital in order to meet the demands of the market.
