I am sure you worked hard to get the work done. Finding the property,
running all the comps, analyzing all the numbers, meeting the customer
and teaching your customer what is going on the market, and most likely
how is he going to loose the house and ruin his credit and still you
couldn't get to an agreement that will work for both, the customer and
you. I am sure you know your market well, but a little help never hurts
anyone.
