They are only interested in providing land loans for development of Multifamily,Office,Retail and Industrial. LTV's will go up to a 70% max,and the loans will be Non-Recourse. They will loan from $5Million and up,these are also Non-Recourse loans and can be closed in 30 days,I will need a quality Executive Summary,and you must be direct Borrower or have direct access.The land must be have moved passed the stage of full entitlements.
