Aigars,

The extra seconds of silence are added during encoding as a result of our
loss-handling scheme. SMIL can be used to force the Player to stop playback
at any given time. You can also use rmeditor.exe to change the duration or
trim the clip. Rmeditor.exe is currently only available as a command-line
application for the Windows platform.
