I've got a copy of the RealPresenter 5.0 plug-in and have made a few
presentations. However, when
the files play (locally or on the net) the frames appear to be stretched
slightly and everything
becomes blurry. You can't even read the text.
I tried to solve the situation by changing my jpegs to bmps (as suggested by a
RealNetworks support
person), but it hasn't helped at all. My monitor is set to 800 x 600 and High
color 16bit. Has
anyone else encountered this?
