This can be done using the slta shared lib, at least as of 6.1 beta. Not sure 
if the new g2slta does it. It doesn't take too much work to use the slta
shared lib 
directly, it has a call to set TAC for each track. Start with the exencode
example, only use it to dynamically load the slta shared lib. Get the
addresses for CreateSLTA and SetDLLAccessPath, set the access paths and
create an SLTA.
