You have to install two Rservers, as applictaions, not as services. I also installed them into two separate directories: C:\program files\real\realserver C:\program files\real\realserver2 Change the port numbers that the two concurrent servers use by adding ten to each. E.g.: Item Server#1 #2 RTSP port 554 564 PNA port 7070 7080 etc Don't forget the Caching port, default is 7802, near the bottom of the config file, and you might also have to change some of the paths from C:\program files\real\realserver to C:\program files\real\realserver2 to keep the servers separate. Then you will have to change the server port #'s on your encoders and realplayers URLs. You could put two files with the same name on both servers, and the only way to differentiate is by port number. E.g. "pnm://your-realserver.com/live/livefile.rm" and "pnm://your-realserver.com:7080/live/livefile.rm" to use the port numbers in the example above. Email me if you'd like. Good luck//Glen
