As the moderator suggests, you need a different tool to simulate a live
broadcast from a static file. G2SLTA (Server Live Transfer Agent) is a
utility that comes with the RealServer G2 that does this. You will need to
first encode your media into a .rm file using the RealProducer. Then you
can use G2SLTA to serve it.
