Subject: Help (can't get live content)
Hi all,
A week ago, I downloaded RealServerG2, RealProducerG2 and some other fine
programs.
I can get 'online' streams from the 'content' folder of my Realserver G2
program.
Now I'm trying to get live content with a webcam on a website.
Only it isn't working......I'm becoming a little frustrated, I hope somebody
can help me.
I can start 'Live encoding' and RealProducer recognizes my Realserver.
I think there is something wrong with the filename(.rm) I put into the
Realproducer 'Live broadcast Wizard'
I tried using the name live.rm and opened Realplayer/location/:
rtsp://servername:554/ live.rm. with Realserver running, but it doesn't
work.
Where does the 'live.rm' file go into the server and how can I get it when I
am online.
I know my server uses the mountpoint > /realencoder/ do I have to make
another mointpoint?
