Yes, open up RealPlayer G2 under OPTIONS>PREFERENCES>CONNECTION change your
normal and maximum bandwidths to be the bandwidth you want to test and then
try to play the file. Usually works pretty accurately.

If I record a surestream video file, is it possible I can view the
surestream video media at its different stream rates from my hard
drive? I'd like to see the quality of video for the diff stream rates.
