You can use your DV300 for doing non-live Real-contents. Just
capture your video and save it as AVI. Then use RealProducer to
encode the RealMedia-file from that. You may use the RealPlugin
for Premiere for that, too.
For streaming a live video, a 'real' video production hardware is
a bit of a problem, cause RealProducer is a bit limited about what
to except for input. If your capturedevice is able to deliver
uncompressed 24bit images there won't be a problem, but most
videohardware use compressed images, be it motion-jpeg, mpeg
or DV. Such devices can't be used for streaming live video.
