Subject: real plugin
I have an alpha real media site which uses both ram and rpm metafiles. They
look fine when I view them with both ie 4 and nscape 4. But my test modem
viewer tells me that while the ram files are visible, she can't view the rpm
pages and is frustrated. Other than sympathy, what can I tell her to solve
the problem. She can also view the flash 4 pages. She has real player 6.0.3.
