The pay-per-view capabilities do not come standard in the RealServer.
To create a pay-per-view service you need to do one of three things:
1- license the Commerce Server from From Real and integrate it with your
systems
2- license a E-Commerce server from a third-party like our company's
StreamKeeper product (http://www.wght.com)
3- build your own by using the Software Developer's Kit materials for
RealServer
