Most versions of the server come wthe the CLI command rssm which allows
monitoring (snapshots of activity. you can see this demoed in a cgi script
at http://quest.arc.nasa.gov/reports/last.html
ALso lariat software provides tools for monitoring and content administration.

I have not had much luck with the G2 version on rssm - it works on 5.0 servers
but not on G2!
