Subject: Loss of contact with realServer--
Hi all. We stream multiple live radiostations out of our office over 3 T-1s
to our realaudio servers in New Jersey. Occasionally, because of latency
between the encoder and the server we lose contact with the server and
cannot re-establish the connection until the latency lessens. Anyone got
any ideas on a work around? Using the command line encoder for instance ?
What would be ideal is to be able to adjust the timeout period, this doesn't
appear to be possible though. Thanks
