Tim,

Check the Transport Protocol under Statistics when you play your stream 
back.  You will notice that the player uses HTTP, rather than TCP or 
UDP.  That means you are streaming off of a web server.  Therefore, your 
URLs should be

http://207.137.99.98/music/promo.rm
http://207.137.99.98/music/cou07.rm
http://207.137.99.98/music/cou77.rm

The player is not capable of "correcting" your URL from PNM to HTTP for the 
second clip, so it fails.  Change the URLs and it should work fine.
