I am not aware of any...sorry.

Yes. It's called RA2WAV. There are a couple of these tools. One is
contained in the Sausage Software Hotdog Package
(SuperToolz/RealAudio/Video Content Wizzard, http://www.sausage.com).
And there's one by 2bsys software (http://www.2bsys.com).
