Subject: creating .rm from a .mov using Real Producer Plus
I am trying to create an .rm file from a .mov file. I keep getting an error
that says "unsupported video format," but according to the manuals,
RealProducer Plus should be able to use an .mov.
What am I possibly doing wrong? Is this a problem with RealProducerPlus, or
a problem with my .mov file. The .mov file was created from 3D Studio Max.
I tried both an uncompressed file, as well as a compressed file (using
Sorenson). I also tried RealProducerPlus 6.0 version, and
RealProducerPlusBeta 6.1 version.
A quick response would be greatly appreciated!
