You need to get the SDK form RealNetwork's download area and compile the
testplay application. It is command line and is re-entrant so you can load
as many cores and play as many streams as the client machine can handle.

If you do not want to go that route, you could use a SMIL document with
several paralel <par> sources <src> to do a similar test.  The difference
is that only 1 player will show up as connected to the server going this
way, as only 1 player core is loaded. You will get the same bitrate load on
the server but not client numbers.
