AFAIK you can't reduce this delay. It's caused by buffering mechanisms on
the server/player and by delays due to routing through different networks.
Even more funny, if you have a stream back to your encoder station over
a direct connection to the server for control purposes and in the same
room you have another system which receives the stream over some other
routes, you clearly will hear a noticeable delay between those two players,
which increases depending on the number players which tuned into the stream
after the first and before the second station did connect.
