Well, I stumbled upon this, seems there were some other processes running from
before, so that when starting they didn't want to give up on the PNAPort. 
So what
to do is to look for any rmserver processes running, kill them (wish they 
shipped
a script to terminate all rmserver processes) and then try again. --Kent
