From: "Sobczak, Dan" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: For users of SMIL presentations and NetGravity This question goes out to sites who are using SMIL presentations for their RealVideo AND using NetGravity to serve their banner/button ads online: Does anyone know whether or not it's possible to serve an ad using an absolute NetGravity ad call (which are href/img tags) *inside* a SMIL presentation, instead of just hard-coding an ad's graphic in the SMIL file? Unfortunately, everything I've tried has not worked. It seems the SMIL markup language is incapable of handling the unique codes that a typical NetGravity call would have in a normal HTML page... I'd really like to be able to sell button ads within my SMIL video presentations and track their impressions/click-thrus, rather than just having a generic "advertise here" button or hard-coding an ad and not being able to track impressions/click-thrus, but I think I might be reaching beyond the final frontier on this one...
