That's probably right assuming you encoded 3 or more bit rates. Think as a
surstream file as one file holding 3+ files inside of it. Those 3+ files
still add up. The savings is that you don't have to encode the audio 3+
times. Just think if your content was 15 mins long then you would have to
encode three times adding up to 45+mins.
