That is a great question. I am also looking at wanting to stream Quicktime
videos from the Real Server. If it really is RTSP compliant, shouldn't I be
able to stream QuickTime off of the Real Server?

Protocol (RTSP), which was co-engineered by Real Networks. Does anyone have
