Yeah, we just did this last week. You need to put a <par> tag around the
<seq> tag that has the Flash and then Video files in it. Be sure that your
Flash file is longer than the preroll time (plus a little) of the video
file. Otherwise, it'll load the Flash file, and then buffer the video
before it even starts to play the Flash (that's really the only tricky
part).
