Usually, this is due to the EMBED HEIGHT and WIDTH attributes not being
exactly the same as the size of the encoded video. The scaling affects the
video quality a great deal, especially if you're squeezing it smaller.
Either make your HEIGHT and WIDTH attributes accurate, or add the CENTER=true
attribute so that the video will not scale.
