Subject: real audio rmoc3260.dll looses time when paused for extended period

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with the rmoc3260.dll loosing
it's position when used in Visual Basic 5 Ent. edition?

It appears that when I leave mine paused for 3-5 minutes, the ".getPosition"
function looses it's current position reference. It also happens when I use
a high speed multimedia timer control set at 10 milliseconds.

It averages out somewhere around 15 seconds ahead. This continies to happen
until you manually click the stop button and you restart the whole audio
file.

Any help would be appreciated...

BTW...I am working on a vb5 app to dynamically create RealText files with
"time begins" being added automatically.

Let me know if you would like a copy....I am more than happy to share.

Thanks..

Steve
