This may be an issue with proxy configuration which was discussed at some
length in this forum a few weeks ago, somethign with embedded media being
stripped out of downloaded webpages as a security issue. Contact your local
network network administrator to inquire about this.

Subject: Real Player Install Problem
Hi All:
We are trying to use Real Player in a large student laboratory using NT
machines. When we run Real Player as an embedded application in Netscape
Navigator it works fine when running under an administrator login.
However, when logged in under a guest account (as students would do) it
gives the following error:
<color><param>0000,0000,ffff</param>Error: Issuer certificate is invalid
(-8156)

Real Player as a separate application runs fine from a guest account: it
is only when embedded in a HTML page in Netscape that the problem occurs.
It seems to be a problem with the liveconnect/java interface.
Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?
