Subject: Digital Video Camera
I have a high end Sony Digital Video camcamera with a Firewire output that I
would like to use for a video camera. I purchased a Firewire card and
installed it. When I try to use it I get a message from RealProducer that
tells me that I am not sending a 24bit RGB signal, therefore it won't work.
Virtually every other digitizing package (i.e. NetMeeting, CUSeeMe, etc.)
seems to grab the image properly.
Is there any way to use such a camera with the Firewire as the connection,
or am I stuck using a digitizing board and using the RGB output?
