Subject: Encoding video...

Does the size of the encoded video affect
the quality of the video?  Say for instance
instead of encoding video at 240xnnn (cant
think of the number now) size, I set it to
180xnnn.  Now when I play back the video,
if I stretch the video to 240xnnn, is the
video quality about the same as if I had
encoded it at 240xnnn or is it better? It
seems to be about the same to me...but
I'd like to see others comments.

Also, is it possible I can set the size of
the video to play at a size different than
the one it was encoded at?  For example,
I want the real player to double the size of
the video automatically when played.
