Subject: Real claim

According to real's site, Real Prod 7 gives mpeg1 quality video at
"half the data rate and delivers true VHS video experiences at
800 Kbps." This is pretty impressive. Based on their claim, you can
put over 2 hours of mpeg1 quality video on a CD. My question, what
data rate (and other settings) do you have to encode at to achieve
mpeg1 quality video? Also, what are the minium hardware requirements
to achieve this? Has anyone tried this?
