Media Cleaner Pro is an excellent tool for batch encoding - but you need to
drag the clips into it and work from there.. it wont seek out a folder and
encode it all. But it is almost as good.. chek em out www.terran.com

I have looked into the feature lists of RealProducer, but there is no sign
that it can for instance take a folder full of wav's and generate rm's
automatically.
