I was using the AVCNVT sample that comes along with the Real = Producer G2SDK as a reference. Both my application and the sample fail = at the call to PrepareToEncode(). The error code corresponds to = PNR_ENC_CODEC_NOT_INITIALIZED. I had copied all the dlls in the = respective directories as mentioned in the Real Producer G2 SDK = Developer's Guide.
