From: "Scott Scecina" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Merging multiple Video and Audio clip files into a single rm. Hello. Does anyone out there know of a utility that would allow me to merge (in sequence) multiple video clips (same format, timing, etc.) and audio clips (same rules apply) into a single .rm file? I have experimented with using SMIL to do the sequencing on the client side with limited success. The clips are small, but numerous, and the bandwidth required to pull them together on the client is high. So I thought we'd have better success doing it on the server side. Problem is, I haven't found a utility that can do "sequencing" in real-time (or pseudo-real-time), and my lack of knowledge regarding MM file formats and C++ is too little to program something myself. The utility would need to command line or other API driven, so that the server could instruct it on which files to sequence, etc. (meaning that I'm not looking for Premier or the like.) Any pointers to existing tools, or companies that could consult on such matters are greatly appreciated. Thanks! Scott Scecina Chief Engineer In Mind, Inc.
