Really?  Why do you say that?  How does the video quality fall short with
the high bitrate stuff?  I only ask because my company is getting ready to
buy one, and we'll explore other options if this is actually the case.

I've used one from "Nogatech" that works. I think I bought it at
www.usbstuff.com - or some place like it. The performance is not acceptable
however if your goal is to encode high-bitrate stuff. For low bitrates,
intended for web-streaming to 28 and 56k viewers, it is fine.
