You might want to try rmevents.  In a text file you make up your HTML page
call list and reference which frame you would like it to open then.  Each
call has a start & end time.  Then using rmevents you "merge" the .txt file
with your .rm or .ra   - voila synchronized URL flips.

If you have any questions on this, or need a hand let me know.  Lately I've
been spending a good chunk of my life setting these up.
