Subject: RealAudio converter to WAV
Anyone know of any software that will convert from RealAudio to .wav.
I have a whole bunch of RealMedia files (audio only) that were created
from RealPresenter.
The audio quality is pretty bad, so I wanted to edit them in SoundForge.
I found a program called Streambox Ripper <http://www.streambox.com/>,
that converted them and even boosted the volume as it did it, but it
shortened them by about 8 seconds for a 30 minute clip.
Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but since they're sync'd up with
PowerPoint slides and closed captioned (SMIL), it throws everything off.
Just wanted to know if there are any other products that do the same
thing, but won't shorten the clip.
