Use _player as the target for the URL:

u 00:00:00.0 00:00:10.0 &&_player&&<url>

[ RF:  For the moment, use ramgen URLs (http://server:8080/ramgen/clip.rm) 
due to a bug causing RTSP URL to crash the player. ]
