Subject: Real media on CD
Are there rules to follow when distributing real media on CD when
you do not include the real player on the disc? I was planning on
saying something like:
This program requires the Real Player G2 or later. If you
do not have it installed, go to http://www.real.com to
download and install the free Real Player.
Then later on say something like:
Real Player and Real Player G2 are registered trademarks of
RealNetworks.
Also is it OK for "Requires Real Player"
to be shown on front and back of CD
booklet? Note that the CD will be used
for commercial purposes, ie ppl will buy
it. Thanx
